     Bomplast S.A. is a National Company founded in 1961. Bomplast is dedicated to the manufacturing and marketing, within Argentina and abroad, of its merchandise. Such merchandise is entirely built in its industrial plan, located at 2653 Fournier Street in Buenos Aires.

Bomplast's products are generally based on vertical centrifugal electropumps, that are hydraulically sealed. Given that there is no friction among the parts of the units you can use the unit in empty without causing any damage. This points out the difference between the mechanical-sealed pumps, stuffing box, among others.

The products are provided in models with a power ranging from 0.5 hp and with a flow rate from 0.4 to 72 m3 per hour. The equipment is made for pumping, racking and lifting of highly corrosive chemical products (acids and alkalis) reaching a working temperature of 100°C. The equipment is suitable for the following industries: Chemical, Petrochemical, Pharmacy, Mining, Fishing, Leather, Paper, Food, Cosmetology, etc.

New centrifugal seal to avoid leakage that affects your staff or your premises

Having considered our users' concern on leakage of chemical products, Bomplast S.A has innovated and added to its pumps (Model E) a Centrifugal mechanical hydraulic seal. This new seal has the advantages of the hydraulic seal plus it avoids leakage caused by the on and off action of the unit, human mistakes, switching off valves, energy cuts, and/or remote command.

Another important advantage of this seal is that while pumping, the seal lifts without any friction at all among its parts, allowing the operation of the pump in empty without the slightest wear.
This type of seal can be compatible with model E hydraulic-sealed pumps.

This seal, relevant for the integrity of its users and of the place where is being used, is built in different components according to the fluid it pumps (Monel 400, Stainless Steel 316L, Titanium, Hastelloy, etc.)

 

In addition to these pumps, Bomplast also manufactures ball Foot valves, flanges and quick coupling adapters which are necessary for the installation circuits of the pumps.
All these products are built with polypropylene, at no load, and are manufactured in several types and dimensions.


Furthermore, Bomplast provides users with:
REPAIRS: are carried out within 48 hours after the merchandise has been received and delivered to the client. The corresponding labors related to the dismantling and assembling of units are not the customer's expense. But the customer is responsible for the cost of the spare parts added in changes and repairs (e.g. rewinding of electrical engine.)


SPARE PARTS BOMPLAST: all spare parts are available upon request, since Bomplast stocks original spare parts, especially made according to manufacturing and quality specifications, for the immediate provision of customers.
As for this, we point out that Bomplast has never shared with other companies the plans for the construction and marketing of its own products.

So as to meet effectively the needs of the market, Bomplast imports and commercializes CHEMTROL products in Argentina. Chemtrol products are manufactured by NIBCO in the United States which in turn, utilizes Bomplast as its exclusive distributor in Argentina.

These thermoplastic products, of PVC, PVDF-KYNAR, are ball Foot valves (with and without filter), 3-ways valves, with a single pieced throttle, flanges, etc, made on schedule 80, under rules of quality according to ISO 9000
